We are flexible in producing all sorts of fabrics from 100% (Organic) Cotton Jerseys to Cotton/Polyester fleece blends. We also have a wide range of partners specialized in durable breathing sports fabrics.
Sampling Process
We understand that it is important to see a physical sample before confirming an order. For this reason, we have setup a special sampling room where we can handle all your sample inquiries, without disturbing the production chain. We keep record of your sampling process, from sample adjustments to order confirmation and delivery. Making it very easy for our customers to re-order at any given moment.
Patterns
Once the first samples are approved, we continue with the other size patterns and produce a full-size chart for confirmation. Depending on your wishes, either we start production after a digital confirmation, or you we provide you physical samples of the complete size pack.
Embellishment
Factories often say nothing is impossible however, we only offer what we can do best! If something cannot be done, we are not ashamed to tell you the truth. Yes, if you are looking for embellishments such as embroidery, (all over) (Silk) screen printing, digital print and sublimation, we got you covered!
Labels
Of course, it is possible to have your own designs of neck labels, size labels, care labels and hang tags. Do not worry if you do not have the designing skills, we have a wide range of styles for labeling.
Quality Standard
From the sampling process to (post-)production, we keep an eye on your quality standard. With our years of export/manufacturing experience for the western European market, we know how important it is to have the goods packed numbered according to your shipping marks. We make sure that you receive the packing list is discussed prior to export, so no last-minute surprises
